Wimbledon is the most hotly anticipated tennis tournament of the year, period. And, while celebrities, royals and regular fans descend on the city of London to take in the matches on the court, the athletic affair has also come to be known for the attendees’ courtside style.

Among them, none other than Duchess of Cambridge, Kate Middleton—who regularly plays the sport with husband Prince William in their country home in Norfolk, Anmer Hall—has become a staple attendee whose noteworthy style this Wimbledon season has not gone unnoticed.

To take in the Wimbledon women’s finals along with Duchess of Sussex, Meghan Markle and sister Pippa Middleton, Middleton opted for an emerald green, short-sleeved Dolce & Gabbana dress with gold button detailing. And, while her beautiful ensemble looked modern and new, Middleton has actually been seen in the dress previously, having worn it while on a royal visit to Canada back in 2016.

Known for regularly recycling her wares, the patron of the All England Lawn Tennis and Croquet Club, where Wimbledon is held, rounded out her ensemble with a cream top-handle handbag and coordinating heels.

Sporting a similar cream handbag, sister-in-law Markle made a crisp display in a white button down shirt and pleated skirt with white and blue detailing by Hugo Boss. Unlike Middleton, who wore her hair out with a side parting, Markle opted for a middle part and sleek ponytail, revealing turquoise earrings by Jennifer Meyer. Middleton’s sister Pippa wore her hair in a braid, which she paired with an Anna Mason London white dress which featured ruffled sleeves and blue floral detailing.

Then, to attend the Gentlemen’s Final with husband Prince William, Middleton arrived in a baby blue capped sleeve dress by Emilia Wickstead—a household British designer and favourite label of the Duchess of Cambridge.

To take in the match between Switzerland’s Roger Federer and Serbia’s Novak Djokovic, Middleton paired her Emilia Wickstead number with an embellished floral clutch and wore her hair out. Coupling their styles, Middleton’s outfit was perfectly complemented by Prince William, who elected to wear a shirt of the same hue underneath a grey blazer and blue tie.

In addition to the royal sightings, other celebrities have come out in force to take in the tennis tournament. Brooklyn Beckham and girlfriend Hana Cross, Kendall Jenner, Rebel Wilson, Maisie Williams and more all made stylish appearances.
